FOOD ALLERGENS AND INTOLLERANCES
At Mother Murphy's we understand fully the need to identify all the different allergens and for you to know that as your food is prepared, cooked and served it remains safe for you to eat. Debra and Jim are both very knowledgeable on the requirements for those with coeliac disease, gluten intolerance and dairy allergy/intolerance.
Debra and Jim both hold the REHI Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate and have completed the Food Standards Agency Food Allergy Training. On behalf of Mother Murphy's, Debra has also completed the Coeliac UK Private Sector Module which demonstrates a commitment to preparation and delivery of food which meets the neds of people with coeliac disease and those following a gluten free diet.
Please ask us about the ingredients in your food when making your order. As we cook and bake everything ourselves, we can very easily advise you of the ingredients in all our food.
All our baking is carried our in our working kitchen which is approved by Food Standards Agency.
We go to every effort to ensure there is no cross contamination between products, separate times for baking products, using separate utensils, workstations and griddles, but our kitchens may handle some allergens.
